Welcome to StackNoble. These terms explain the rules for using our learning management system and exam platform. By creating an account or using our services, you're agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

If something doesn't make sense or you have questions, reach out to us at info@stacknoble.com

1Using StackNoble

Who Can Use Our Platform

You can use StackNoble if you're enrolled through a school, organization, or company that has an account with us. If you're under 18, you need permission from your school or parents. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Your Responsibilities

When you use StackNoble, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Keep your password confidential and not share your account
  • Use the platform for legitimate learning and educational purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights in course materials
  • Follow your institution's academic integrity policies

What You Can't Do

Don't use StackNoble to:
  • Cheat on exams or help others cheat
  • Share or distribute course materials without permission
  • Hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with our systems
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users
  • Scrape or download content using automated tools

2Exam Integrity and Proctoring

When you take an exam through StackNoble's secure exam application, you agree to follow all exam rules and accept proctoring measures. This may include:

During Exams

  • Webcam and screen recording to verify your identity and monitor exam-taking
  • Lockdown of your computer to prevent access to unauthorized resources
  • Activity monitoring to detect potential violations

Attempting to circumvent exam security measures or violating exam rules may result in your exam being invalidated, a failing grade, and potential disciplinary action by your institution. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on StackNoble — including the platform design, features, course materials, and exam questions — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You can access and use this content for personal learning, but you can't copy, distribute, or sell it without permission.

Your Content

When you submit assignments, post in forums, or upload content to StackNoble, you retain ownership of that content. However, you give us permission to use, store, and share it as needed to provide our services — like showing your assignment to your instructor or displaying your forum post to other students in your class.

4Service Availability

We work hard to keep StackNoble running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we'll try to give advance notice)
  • Emergency repairs or security updates
  • Technical issues beyond our control

We're not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions, but we'll do our best to minimize disruptions and communicate clearly when issues occur.

5Payments and Refunds

Most students access StackNoble through their institution, which handles all payment arrangements. If you're purchasing access directly, payment terms will be clearly stated at checkout. We generally don't offer refunds for used services, but if you believe you've been charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll work it out.

6Disclaimers and Limitations

StackNoble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not responsible for:

  • Course content accuracy — that's the responsibility of instructors
  • Your grades or academic outcomes
  • Lost data due to technical issues (please back up important work)
  • Actions taken by your institution based on platform data

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for our services in the past 12 months.

You can request to close your account anytime through your institution's administrator. Some data may be retained for legal or record-keeping purposes.

8Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the platform or by email. Continuing to use StackNoble after changes take effect means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform.

9Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
